Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it and to have the best financial option available for every individual treatment plan.

Payment Plan Option 1:

Full amount paid the day services are rendered. 

*Credit/Debit Cards and Care Credit payments accepted.

Payment Plan Option 2:

​

Half amount paid the day services are rendered; following two monthly payments that will be auto-drafted (19th of each month). Financial agreement will be signed and documented. Voided check must be provided.

Our practice also accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans.​
