​Dr. Vincel is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to A LOT. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my life. He explains everything to make sure you understand what’s going on and checks in throughout the appointment to make sure you’re comfortable. I may be moving out of town, but he’s absolutely worth traveling for. Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve been going to Dr. Vincel for over two years now, and I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. He’s incredibly personable and makes you feel like more than just a patient—you feel like a friend sitting in his chair.

What I really appreciate is how much time he takes to actually listen to your concerns. He doesn’t just rush through the appointment; he explains everything he’s doing and why he’s doing it.

As long as Dr. Vincel is practicing, I’m not going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s not only great at what he does but also makes the whole experience comfortable, I highly recommend him.

"This will be my family's new dentist. My mother was here visiting from North Carolina and broke a tooth on a Sunday night. By Monday morning, she was in so much pain I could see it in her eyes and it broke my heart. I had to work that day and she was so far from home and her regular dentist. She was afraid to travel too far from my house here in Springfield, so my husband, while at work also, set out to find a dentist with simple directions from our house for her. No one was able to fit her in until he found you. If she could make it in by 4:30, you said you could take a quick look and see if it was something you could help with and if so, get her in for an appointment the next day. Not only did you squeeze her in at the end of that day, but you took care of her immediate need on the spot and sent her out the door with a smile on her face. Providing her that quick relief got her through the week so we could enjoy the rest of our visit. This review is a little over due, but I will always be thankful for how you helped my mother with such speed and understanding. That meant so much to my whole family and that is the kind of dentist I'd like to have; one that shows even a "one time customer" that they are willing to go the extra mile. Five Stars!"
